Back to the blog life...

I know I have not blogged in while, but it's just the stuff in life that takes over my schedule. I am so happy right now and on... I bought a figure skating dress! I just fell in love with it, but it's kind of itchy(it must be all those sequins.)

And, Peanut is almost done with his birthday cookies(three of which, he stole and he has two more left, but all the others he ate.) I am so nervous for Peanut's CGC test. Every time I think about it, I get that stomach ache/ head ache feeling. I still don't feel ready for it all. And if Peanut does not pass, then........ I don't know if I will retake it. Can I retake it without retaking the whole course? Someone tell me please! My blood rushes down in a bad way every time I go to Peanut's obedience class because, I always feel so nervous about me not training him enough. Peanut's class test is on Wednesday and his actual CGC test is on Thursday. Any tips? Oh! And I might not blog a lot from Tuesday through Thursday because I have this duet acting audition on Tuesday and Peanut's Obedience tests on Wednesday and Thursday so wish me luck on everything!

A Random day

Today, Peanut was excited to see his birthday cookies from Petsmart and his other presents. Even though they were from Petsmart, they were very cute and Peanut type. The reason they were "Peanut type" is because they had sprinkles on some of the cookies! I give Peanut like four little sprinkles on occasions so he could enjoy a little bit of love. The cookies!

And he was only coming for more.

Even I couldn't resist the carob-flavored one( the dark-brown one!) I started eating it with Peanut. I know it's weird, but it was to good to be true! I also bought him a treat-filled stocking and a orthopedic bed.

Stocking!

Squishy bed!

I opened the stocking and pulled out a gingerbread man and a Christmas tree shaped meat treat. It was hard for him to decide, but he wanted the frosting and sweetness of the Christmas tree. So, he chose the Christmas tree!

And later, I loved the look of this rawhide bone that was in the stocking, so I handed it to Peanut and he just picked off the icing with his 2 mm sized front teeth. And then, he took a chew at the bone.

I also bought some stairs for him, but he never uses it because the stairs are slim and hard to get up to so :(
I bought him the stairs because I was worried about his back and hips going up and down our bed constantly. Is he still going to be okay?
And a pet store makes me happy because I get to buy stuff for my Peanut. Loved it!

*Happy Birthday Song*

Happy Birthday Peanut! But last night, I made a very stupid mistake. A REALLY stupid mistake. I forgot to wean Peanut into his new birthday food. I gave him a cup of his birthday food mixed without his old food. He had really bad gasses last night and he barfed up the whole meal on the floor. I don't know about the vomit part. I thought not weaning them just gives them diarrhea. Does it cause vomiting too? And of coarse I didn't want to show you a picture of his vomit either. From now and on, I am never going to give Peanut that dog food. Oh and I also need to buy adult for full nutrition!
-----------------
Here are some birthday pics for Peanut

*In the peanut butter and the apple picture, I decided to gather some of the ingredients to make a messy, but tasty birthday cake for Peanut. It was small, but a mix of fruits and treats and peanut butter.

*This is also a squeak toy that I bought Peanut a few days ago and he just can't stop the squeaking!

*This is Peanut's messy mix that created a birthday cake. I just added 3 HUGE slices of apple and topped it with a smudge of peanut butter, a drizzle of frozen blueberries, a couple of apple-flavored treats, and a candle on top.  It doesn't look appetizing, but when I pushed Peanut closer to it to see if he would blow out the candle with his mighty force of breath, he whined and squirmed. He was just trying to eat it there really fast- because when he eats it fast, he loves it!

And it's done in what? 30 seconds?

*Here is just a random picture of Peanut's butt under the bed while he was trying to eat a banana away from me.

I am also planning on posting a picture of the rest of the presents that  I am getting Peanut on the next post :)! Are you going to donate some plain turkey to your corgi on Thanksgiving day? For me, maybe just some plain chicken for Peanut just to make sure. And lots o' turkey for me! (Sorry Peanut!)
And *dang,* I have Peanut's graduation like in one week or something! Oh my gosh. I pray everyday for Peanut to pass the CGC test. It's not only because it's just a test, it's because I think I have ADHD. Here is the definition:

a behavioral syndrome characterized by inattention and distractibility, restlessness, inability to sit still, and difficulty concentrating on one thing for any period of time. ADHD most commonly occurs in children, though an increasing number of adults are being diagnosed with the disorder. ADHD is three times more common in males than in females and occurs in approximately 3 to 6 percent of all children. Although behaviours characteristic of the syndrome are evident in all cultures, they have garnered the most attention in the United States, where ADHD is the most commonly diagnosed childhood psychiatric disorder.

I know I probably have it. But, if I am right, I probably diagnosed it like 3-2 months ago.
And anyways, I am NOT ready for the CGC test at all.  *Ugh*

Presents and more

I took a quick shop for only some of Peanut's birthday presents and I got some of this!

He has started eating the bone. He has not used the pull rope. And he has started eating Adult dog food.
I even put it in his Kong Wobbler mixed in with his old puppy food. Today, because it's a Sunday, I thought that it would be fun to might as well give some of his presents now. He loves his bone!

He is rolling all around the carpet with it getting the carpet dirty.
And here are some other pictures with Peanut and food:

Happy Early Birthday Peanut!

Sugar and spice makes everything nice

Peanut loves oatmeal. Every morning I have no food other than oatmeal, I eat some, set it down on the table. Then, I hear the little *clicks* on the floor from his nails. He gets on top of the chair and eats starts whimpering and whining just to have some of it. He goes very crazy when it's apple and cinnamon.

And either way, here are some pictures that I wanted to show you while I my camera was lost, but now I found it!!! :)

-------Oh! and in this picture, I was tickling Peanut and then, he snapped at me! So, I am just going to leave him alone

 ---------
Smile!

This is the blanket that I bought him for winter

-------
This is his busy rollhide that I bought him and he just won't let go!

Purina is probably Peanut's favorite treat Brand. From bones, to treats!
------
How cold is it over there? Well here, it's been cold and it has not let go.
I shall buy some hot chocolate around now to warm myself up, but I don't really need hot chocolate when I have Peanut and his weather-proof fur.
********
Yesterday I felt like the worst obedience trainer ever. Peanut and I were at a lesson and my gosh, I was mentally challenged. Peanut was tired, while I was wide-awake so Peanut "Broke," his stays by sniffing around and laying down when he was supposed to sit. It's all my fault and his test is very close! Ugh. My head is spinning round with training,  my figure skating performance is a month away, and etc.

.... Turkey!

It's begging to look a lot like Peanut.... everywhere you go

It's just starting to get cold over here. Today the temperatures dropped by about 30 degrees. Corgis are the lucky ones. Their furs are "Weather-proof." And that means that he will stand up to a cold climate. I don't need to buy him little turtlenecks and sweaters for his little warm soul. I also bought him a nice brown blanket that said "Woof," and had had bones all over it.  I lost my camera, so I probably won't be posting pictures for a while :(
Peanut has 3 weeks left(including this one) until his CGC test. I don't always have time for training him, so I might take some of my blogging time to train him, or else he won't pass. I like to tell stuff about Peanut on here, but I have to take this training seriously! I am planning on buying a Christmas tree because last year all the good Christmas trees were sold out, so now is the time to go out and about!

Preparing

Just to let you know, I took off the word verification and it will be off for a while. I know how you feel about being tired of typing in the letters and numerals, so I saved you energy.

Peanut's birthday is coming soon! It's actually next week from November 8-9. Yes, I know that your asking "Why is his birthday two days?" Well, last year Peanut's birthday was on Monday, November 9. This year, November 9 is on a Tuesday and I don't think it's fair that he turns 1 on a Monday and the 9th is on a Tuesday, so I just went ahead and made it a 2-day holiday. I saw these cookies in Petsmart that were cute and has white sprinkles over some that I thought I should get  for Peanut -because he *loves* sweets.

I'll remember those days when he use to play around like a little child ......... he's grown up so fast.

Happy Halloween! (2)

Halloween was kind of great. I collected candy, but no one gave out dog treats for my king :(. I didn't go many places either. Peanut was also pulling me everywhere- which is very unusual. Because he was pulling me everywhere, I didn't take many pictures at all. Peanut's crown was also falling all over the place and he was really tired in the middle of our adventure. How did your Halloween go? And also, I can't stop eating candy! I have not eaten candy in months! Well, I soon took off his crown and went off walking to every house with decorations. With only my bag halfway full, I drove home. Going to three different neighborhoods was not so exciting. But, I should enjoy my time with Peanut, so I hope you had a exotic Halloween with your ''Shorty."
