Is there even an official name to it? If so, please tell me!!! I have no clue what the real name is. Yes, it's this thing:
And no, not the butt. The round docked tail! Before, I was thinking and looked in a dictionary and it showed "Stubby- Short or docked tail or object." Is that it? Or could it be another name such as, stub, nub, etc. Any ideas? If you get another name or if you gather the official name, please tell me what it is in the comments below. The question is so confusing, even Peanut doesn't know the answer.
Stubbies are quite cute though. Let's say, when I come back from the grocery store, Peanut runs up to me and starts moving his stubby side-to-side as if it were still a tail. If Pembroke Welsh Corgis are so loved(and Cardis), then, why don't their little, docked tails have a name??? I don't really know if I am wrong about PWCs not having tails, but oh well!
I call Sadie's a nubbin hahaha. But I don't know if there is an official name or anything...Hers isn't this fluffy though!! Love the corgi butt hehe.
ReplyDeleteThey are definitely called "nubs" :)
ReplyDeleteHeheheh... love the word nubbin!!!
ReplyDeleteSo it's nubs eh? Well, now I know!
Yes, they're called 'nubs'... kinda cute. A friend of mine had a corgi that she named Nubbins! Picasso doesn't have a nub, he just has a big butt :) ... I guess they docked him really closely?

ReplyDeleteLol! I usually see other corgis with long nubs(they were not docked short enough), but I <3 nubs!
ReplyDeleteI call them the cutest thing ever! :P
ReplyDeletewhatever they are called, they are still the cutest little things when they try to wag them :)
ReplyDeletebetty
It's called a "tock" or a "nubbins" or a "nub" or as our Mum calls us a "butt nugget"! BOL!!!
ReplyDeleteLove, Dozer and Cooper
Nub or nubbin over here. Ginger's nub is non-existent except for when she's excited. She must have been docked very closely. Or are corgis ever born without a tail?
ReplyDeleteIt's so cute to see her little backside muscles moving back and forth wagging that invisible tail.
Yup we call it a nub :) Nubbins Nubbers "Oh look at your nubbers go! Go nubbers go!"
ReplyDeleteI call Charlie fluffin-nubbers sometimes :)
It is hard to figure it out when you get your first corgins though heheh
